Examples of actions that violate the Huntley Area Public Library guidelines:
- Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or doing anything else to a board member that is unwanted.
- Offering for sale products or services.
- Infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights.
- Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors
- Posting of sponsorships, ads, and banners.
- Impersonating or representing a library employee or using someone else’s real name to disguise your identity.
- Linking to content not allowed under these guidelines.
- Harvesting of screen names.
- Spamming.
- Requesting personal or other information from a minor (any person under the age of 18), including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture, or the name of their school.
The Huntley Area Public Library reserves the right to make changes to these guidelines at anytime and you agree to be bound by any such changes. Please check these guidelines periodically for any changes.
