Try BiblioCommons - The New Way To Find, Share & Discuss Library Materials

The Huntley Area Public Library has a new way for patrons to find library materials - BiblioCommons. BiblioCommons is more than just a catalog of library items. It is a full-fledged Social Media tool offering new options to search for library materials, manage your account and connect with others.

You might have noticed that some of the links on the website have changed. On the left menu, the button that was previously my account is now labeled, "My HAPL". "My HAPL" is an acronym for "My Huntley Area Public Library". With Bibliocommons you have more control over your Huntley Area Public Library account than ever before. Use the "My HAPL" link to go directly to the Bibliocommons login page and access your account.

Each patron will be required to create a user name to access their account, place holds and connect with other users.
