The Board will review monthly expenditures and financial reports and vote on their approval.

Approval of Bid #16-001*
Library trustees will discuss and vote to approve a bid to remove and repair asphalt portions of the library’s driveway and parking lot.
Snow Removal Contract*
The board will review, discuss, and possibly vote to approve a vendor for providing snow removal services to the library.
Personal Appearance of Employees Policy*
The board will review and possibly vote to approve a revision to the library’s Personal Appearance of Employees Policy (or Dress Code).
Trustees will review and possibly vote to approve a revision to the library’s Complaint Policy (a policy governing employee concerns and grievances).
The board will go into closed session later in the meeting under the exception to the Open Meetings Act granted by 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3) for the selection of a person to fill a public office, including a vacancy in a public office.
