Teen Events Survey - Huntley Area Public Library

Please fill out this survey to let us know more about your interest in events/programs for teens (grades 6-12) at the Huntley Area Public Library. This activity is a part of the 2025 Teen Summer Reading Challenge (Level Up at Your Library). To get credit for completing this activity, write down (paper reading log) or enter the code (Beanstack participants) you receive once you've submitted this form. The code will appear on the page that loads after you submit. For ages 12 - 18.
