Project Tween: Jellyfish (June 2018) Gallery

This month, Tweens painted a jellyfish step-by-step.  They created an underwater masterpiece using acrylic paint on canvas to take home and display.  Enjoy the photos! Project Tween is a monthly program geared for youth between 10-14 years old at the Huntley Area Public Library.

Teen Crafternoon: Animal Ears (March 2018) Gallery

Teens met up at the library to make animal ears (for costumes, cosplay, and everyday wear) out of duct tape or fleece.  We attached them to barrettes, headbands, bobby pins, and hair bands to affix them to our heads!  Some sewing happened, but the hot glue guns were very popular.  Check out what we made!

Project Tween: Paper Mosaics (March 2018) Gallery

Tweens explored their artistic side by cutting colorful paper, then turning it into a unique paper mosaic.  Enjoy the photos! Project Tween is a monthly program geared for youth between 10-14 years old at the Huntley Area Public Library.

The library will be closed on Sunday, March 31 for the Easter Holiday. Book drops will also be closed beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 30.
