This book is about a couple of kids that are trying to save tiny owls from being buried by a future Pancake House. One kid is a mischievous runaway who wreaks havoc on the future site of the Pancake House. This book has an awesome lesson about standing up for what you believe in and letting nothing tear you down.

* * * * Stars (Great!)
I liked the book mainly because it showed how a couple of teenagers can make a difference. If you enjoy wild life and being able to read about kids wanting to help, this is the book for you. Three young adults discover that a building is going up on top of tiny owl homes. If someone doesn’t do something to stop this destructive act, the owls may be gone forever.

* * * * * Stars (Amazing!)
As Roy moves to a new town and a bully smashes his face against a window just in time for him to see what will change is life. What is it? A young boy wearing no shoes running outside. I liked this book because it showed me to stick up for what I believe in.
