“They Both Die at the End” is about a world where you get a call on the day you will die. The two main characters get the call and decide to befriend each other on their last day. They spend the whole day together fitting in as much as possible, while letting themselves let go and have fun. Near the end they realize they like each other, a lot. They think maybe if they stay in the comfort of each other’s arms they will cheat death, but will they? I liked it because it was a quick and easy read, but it’s pretty sad and anticlimactic. For middle and high school teens.
