For this month’s Pajamarama, we talked about superheroes. We read Mighty Max by Harriet Ziefert, where we learned an ordinary boy can be a superhero. Then we read about everyday superheroes, like policemen, fire fighters and even Mom and Dad! We made a paper bag superhero and enjoyed flying them around the room! Enjoy photos of this month’s Read to a Dog! Read to a Dog is a monthly program for families at the Huntley Area Public Library. The volunteer animals are licensed therapy dogs and are accompanied by their owners for the program. Families sign up for a fifteen minute time slot.
