Did you know American Sign Language is the third most common language in the U.S.? In each session, we explore the basics and build on our practical vocabulary. The kids did activities and played games to help them practice what they have learned so far.
Kids joined us for a special Frida Kahlo story time and her Animalitos and then made their own rock animalito! See the fun and smiles. Rock on!
Who’s ready for the challenge? It was only mid-June, but it was HOT! Brave kids showed up to test their skills on our obstacle course. Afterwards, they were rewarded with a sweet treat.
We had a great time with families tie dying all the colors of the rainbow. The weather was perfect and it was a fun outdoor activity. Check out the wonderful pictures!
Kids 2-5 years-old sang, “One, two, three, whee!” at our Parachute Party, among other songs like Sleeping Bunnies, Zoom, Zoom, and Rolling Ball. We marched, clapped and popped items on the chute as we listened to different tunes. Enjoy the cute pictures!
We were all about BUGS at Pajamarama! We read Bugs Galore by Peter Stein, danced with shakers and made our own bug creations. If you like bugs (and even if you don’t!), check these out!
If you build it, they will come! We invited babies 1-3 years-old to come and share their building skills. They joined us for socializing and fun times playing with blocks, boxes and learning spatial awareness. See the smiles and some of the excitement from the event.
