In a heartwarming gesture, a youngster from our community, that loves his local library, decided to make a difference. Saving up $150.00 of his hard-earned allowance over several months, this compassionate library fan chose to donate to the Huntley Area Public Library. His selfless act not only showcased an understanding of the importance of libraries as hubs of learning and community engagement but also demonstrated the power of individual initiative, proving that age is no barrier to making a positive impact. In addition, he wanted to see his family’s name on the library’s new Donor Wall, something we are more than happy to oblige.
What a fine example he has set. Just another reason we love the amazing Huntley Area community.
