In accordance with Public Act 97-0609 (5 ILCS 120/7.3), a list of all employees whose total compensation package exceeds $75,000 is available in the Library’s Administration Office. In addition, an employee’s total compensation package that is equal to or in excess of $150,000 is available in the Library’s Administration Office at least 6 days before approval.
This statute defines “total compensation package” as: salary, employer-paid health insurance premiums, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted and sick days granted. The Huntley Area Public Library District does not provide a housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses or loans to its employees.
