A blonde, Jewish girl was orphaned and fought to survive Germany and escape. She met a man and saved him instead of taking a ferry out of Germany. They began working together which led her to attend a brutal German school for girls and try to befriend a girl to steal her father’s world-changing invention. I loved how it was action-packed throughout!
