Kids grades K-6 joined us to learn how to draw scarecrows with whimsical, cartoon-like expressions, using vivid colors and personification. Tweens turned black and white photos into amazing pop art portraits, making a set of 4 mini paintings (which can be sealed and used as coasters).
This month, Pajamarama was all about Toy Story for Library Card Sign-up Month. We read books about Buzz Lightyear, Woody and friends, including, “Old Friends, New Friends” by Bouchard, Natasha. The volunteer animals are licensed therapy dogs and are accompanied by their owners for the program. Families sign up for a fifteen minute time slot.
