September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month, and we’re celebrating all month long at Huntley Area Public Library.
Whether you’re signing up for your very first library card or renewing your current one, September is a great time to make sure your card is ready to use.
Anyone who signs up for a new library card or renews their current card during September will be entered into one of four prize drawings:
- Youth New Cards*
- Youth Renewals*
- Adult New Cards
- Adult Renewals
*Youth prizes are for ages 0–12.
Get Creative While You’re Here
We’re also celebrating with activities inspired by books and creativity.
Kids ages 0–12 can pick up a Design Your Favorite Book Cover coloring sheet and create a cover inspired by a book they love. [Click to Download]
Teens and adults can try Reimagine the Cover and put their own creative spin on a favorite book cover. [Click to Download]
Activity sheets will be available at the library throughout September.
