Christine Thornton returned in January 2019 to teach another popular watercolor class. Adults and teens recreated a lovely winter scene with a cardinal – each artist giving their paintings their own special flavor. See their creations below:
Teens made monstrous creatures with gloves, stuffing, and embellishments!
Tweens created mixed-media moons with tissue paper, acrylic paint, and 3-D accents on canvas board for this month’s Project Tween!
Teens made adorable felt polar bears, combining their sewing and hot-gluing skills!
Teens spent a couple hours making shrink plastic creations – so clever, so cute!
Baby mandrakes, Harry Potter character popsicle stick bookmarks, and potions necklaces were magicked up in this month’s Project Tween!
Tweens made posable mummies this October, and posed them against spooky backdrops!
Teens got organized designing and creating their own bullet journals.
After collecting materials for several months, we let tweens loose their creativity and glue guns to see what they could make! Check out their inventions below!
