Storytelling is a time-honored traditions, and great storytelling has a magical way of weaving words to captivate and audiences. Emmy Award winning storyteller, Jim May, invoked imagination and transported the kids with his stories.

CLOSING NOTICE: The Huntley Area Public Library will be closed Saturday, July 4th, 2026, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The exterior book drop will close at 5:00 p.m. the evening prior, Friday, July 3rd. The library and exterior book drop will reopen on Sunday, July 5th, at 12:00 p.m.
