I thought this was a good book. I like the whole story of how a little small town girl called Holly gets into a great musical conservatory. Holly is a great singer and she dreams of getting into a great musical school like Haverty. Since Holly won’t send in an application, her mother, Wanda, sends one in for her. Holly ends up with a full scholarship. What Holly doesn’t know is that Wanda is keeping a big secret from her – one that involves Holly, Wanda, and a town fire.
