Roxy was about addiction and what it can do to you. There were four main perspectives, two of which were siblings who happened to be the targets of the other two perspectives, which were drugs. The two drugs being Roxy (oxycodone) and Addison (adderall) had a bet between the two of them to see who could be lethal the quickest. Their targes were siblings Isaac and Ivy Ramey. One will make it out alive. Will it be Ivy who tends to roll with the wrong crowd, or will it be Isaac who is trying to get a soccer scholarship? I liked that it was told in multiple perspectives including the perspectives of the drugs themselves. It made it really interesting and the two perspectives between the actual people made you realize different ways people struggle with addiction. I also liked that the two perspectives were of people who knew each other and both had become addicted to different drugs for different reasons. For older teens (high school).
