Stargirl is different than most kids in her school. She wears long skirts, plays the ukulele, and has a pet rat. This is her story told from the perspective of Leo, her crush. I liked this book because it affected me in the way that I can’t stop thinking about it. The book really shows that being different can be hard, and that popularity doesn’t last forever.
