A cop, Captain Patti O’Shay, is put on a case where the serial killer murdered six women before Hurricane Katrina while dealing with her husband, another cop’s death. After Katrina, they find a corpse that they know the murderer killed along with Patti’s husband’s police badge. Patti works extra hard on the case, or else she could become the last known victim. I liked every part of this book.
