As each student requests something they desire, they are given simple tasks to complete in return. However, these tasks quickly escalate in severity and danger, leading to dire consequences. The story follows Kaylee Dunham, who suspects that the website is more sinister than it appears and begins investigating. Will Kaylee be able to unravel the mystery of who created the Need network? I liked how the plot twists were not expected in this book. The plot was very interesting and kept me on the edge of my seat. I liked how the character’s motivations and struggles were relatable. For middle and high school readers.
