Adults and teens explored their creative baking skills with our Holiday Bake-stravaganza take home kits (December 2021). The kit included a potholder and a basic cookie dough recipe that could be dressed up multiple ways – from oatmeal raisin to a hazelnut chocolate! Library patrons participated in our Take a Hike program in November 2021 and shared photos of their adventures below. We distributed kits to help people plan and take enjoyable hikes. Kits included a backpack for supplies, water bottle, granola bar, safety whistle, and maps detailing area conservation sites. Want to plan your own hike? We’d like to thank Lieutenant Kelly and her Fireman friends for the amazing Family Story Time in the Park today. We had such a fun time. We got to listen to Lt Kelly’s favorite stories, dance around with Miss Charise, and Lt Kelly’s Fireman friends brought over the firetruck for us to enjoy.
