Library Programs

The Huntley Library partnered with Morkes Chocolates to offer candy-making classes to teens this summer (based on the summer reading theme “Dig Into Summer”). Teens created candy terrariums filled with candy mud, dirt, rocks, worms, plants, and imaginative creatures that they sculpted themselves and dipped in chocolate! Creative and delicious. Working together in small groups, teens solved puzzles and followed clues to solve this dinosaur mystery. Photos of the room set up below:

Teens made adorable felt polar bears, combining their sewing and hot-gluing skills!
